Physical therapy myofascial relelase is needed for pelvic floor physical therapy, or when the client wants to submit a superbill to the insurance company for reimbursement. It involves the thearpist creating a Plan of Care with treatment goals that is submitted to the referring provider for thier signature and approval.

John Barnes Myofascial Release massage is a wellness session to help decrease pain, align postures, and improve range of motion. No referral is required.

Brenda Bryson is a 6th generation Fredericksburg girl who has been a Physical Therapist since 1997 and a Massage Therapist since 2007.
